For those of you who don't know Logan's personality, he is as brawny as they come. He has always had a ridiculously high pain thresh hold. Even as a small baby, he would fall down or bump his head and would just brush it off. As a result, I have wondered if he is a little oblivious to other people's feelings and doesn't realizing that things hurt them. I know part of this is just being a 4 year old boy. Well, he did the sweetest thing! We were at the pool and there were these gross little centipede looking things occasionally floating under the water. Logan saw them and started to scoop them out onto the deck. He exclaimed to me, "Mom, look! I'm saving Heavenly Father's creatures!" I think these bugs actually prefer to live in the water, but that's just a technicality. He was going out of his way to take care of them. I could have cried! He does get it, at least some of the time.

you are a brave girl to take all three kids out of the house let alone to the pool. i can't see myself doing that for a long time.

We were noticing the centipede things the other day in the pool too! They're everywhere! Gross.
